ORDERS & DELIVERY
1. Do you deliver all over Pakistan?
Yes! We deliver nationwide to all cities and towns across Pakistan.

2. What are your delivery charges?

Flat shipping fee: Rs 150

Free shipping: On orders above Rs 2,500

3. How long does delivery take?

Major cities: 2–3 working days

Remote areas: 3–5 working days
Order processing time is 24 hours (except weekends & public holidays).

4. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we share tracking details by SMS/WhatsApp (if provided).

5. My parcel is taking too long. What should I do?
Just message us on WhatsApp at 0345-6105823, and we’ll check your order status immediately.

6. Are your products original and authentic?
Yes. All perfumes, skincare items, grooming accessories, and lifestyle products at Ali’s are original, quality-checked, and sourced from trusted suppliers.

7. Will the fragrance last long?
Yes. Our perfumes and body mists are selected for their long-lasting performance and high-quality formulations.

8. Do you restock sold-out items?
Yes. Restocks happen regularly. Keep checking or message us for updates.

9. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer two safe and easy options:

Cash on Delivery (COD), Safepay (Debit/Credit Card, Online Transfers)

10. Are online payments secure?
Yes. All online payments are processed through Safepay, a secure and encrypted payment gateway.
We do not store your card details.

11. Can I return or exchange a product?
Returns/exchanges are always accepted 

12. Can I return a perfume after opening it?
Yes

13. What if I receive a damaged item?
We will replace it free of cost.
Contact us within 24 hours with proof.
