We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations — that’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy, even if the product has been opened.
Our goal is to make your shopping experience smooth, risk-free, and trustworthy.
Easy Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 3 days of delivery, under the conditions below:
Opened products can be returned
You can return or exchange the product even if it’s opened, as long as:
The product is not completely used
Packaging and bottle/container are not broken
The product is returned with all accessories (if any)
The item is in reasonable condition
This applies to:
Perfumes ,Face toner, Body mist, Face serum, Sunglasses, Wallets, Watches, Other grooming accessories
When We Approve Full Return or Exchange
You are eligible if:
✔ You didn’t like the product after opening
(fragrance mismatch, texture issue, personal preference)
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Product arrived damaged or leaked
(photo/video proof required within 24 hours)
✔ Manufacturing defect
✔ Item feels different than expected
Not Eligible (To Protect Both Sides)
We cannot accept returns if:
The product is fully used
The packaging is intentionally damaged
More than 30% of the product is used
The item is returned after 14 days from delivery
You lost the product or damaged it after use This keeps the policy fair and abuse-free.
Refund Options
If your return is approved, we offer:

(valid for 6 months)
💳 Exchange with any other product
(you can pay difference if needed)
🏦 Bank transfer refund
(only for online payments made through Safepay)
❗ Cash refunds are not available for COD orders.

Choose refund or exchange
Once accepted:
You ship the item back to us
After inspection, we issue refund/exchange within 3–5 working days
Damaged or Wrong Items
If we deliver a damaged or wrong item:
👉 We will replace it free of cost (no shipping charges).
